Visit Australia's only miniature sugar mill and distillery, Sarina Sugar Shed for a 1 hour fully guided tour and product tastings of the Rums, Liqueurs, Schnapps, Ginger beer, Fairy floss and Gourmet Sauces, followed by morning tea in the parklands. From there you will travel Note Park Grazing, see Joe's herd of Prime F1 Brangus and Braham cattle and learn about the range of crops, pastures and soil test Joe does to produce quality beef. You will enjoy a gourmet lunch prepared by Note Park Chef. Your afternoon will be filled at Goanna Brewery with a hands-on brewing experience where you can taste, smell and handle the ingredients that go into making beer and cider & a Masterclass of Beer and Cheese matching.

Mackay Farm, Aussie Food and Drinks tours is a fully guide bus tour departing at 8:00am from the Mackay Entertainment and Convection Centre on Alfred Street, Mackay and returning at approximately 4:30pm that afternoon.
Your first stop is the Field of Dreams Parklands the home to Australian's only miniature sugar mill and distillery, the Sarina Sugar Shed. This multi-award winning attraction will take you on a 1 hour fully guided, interactive, educational and tasty journey of the Queensland Sugar Industry. Taste fresh crushed sugar cane juice on the tour.   Tantalise your taste buds taste testing at the end of the tour with a drop of the award-winning Rums, Liqueurs and our range of delicious gourmet sauces, chutney and relishes, ginger beer and fairy floss.
Morning Tea is served in the Field of Dreams Parklands where you will have time to explore the nearby Sarina Arts and Crafts Centre, Sarina District Historical Centre and the Sarina Art Gallery.
From there you will travel to Note Park Grazing Co. Joe Attard is a third generation farmer has a passion for the cattle industry and farming. Joe will show you his herd of F1 Brangus and Braham cattle and learn about how he produces consistent quality beef.Â
You will enjoy a gourmet lunch in the ambience of the beautiful Eton ranges, prepared by Note Park's Chef. The journey of meat from Paddock to Plate intended to excite people about the food, local produce and where it comes from.
At Goanna Brewery, you will be presented with the opportunity to have a hands-on brewing experience. You can taste, smell and handle the ingredients that go into making Beer and Cider.  You'll even get a sneak peck behind the scenes.
Afternoon tea will be served with Goanna Brewery Chief bottle Washer which will include a Masterclass of Beer and Cheese Matching, before being dropped off back at the Mackay Entertainment and Convention Centre.
