The Quirindi Rural Heritage Village showcases the development of rural Australia and the rich farming district of the Liverpool Plains in particular.
Peruse its 2,000 plus exhibits; from aboriginal artefacts through to the explorer's early settlers, it demonstrates the trials and tribulations faced by the pioneers of this vast country. Household items (particularly kitchenalia and lacework) and craft of bygone eras, tools, cameras, restored buggies, tractors, steam engines, stationery motors, threshing machines, and lawnmowers are all on display.
